About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, data analysis, and accounting processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret financial data, and experience working with Quickbooks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating financial insights to support business decisions.
Maximum compensation: $1,560/month - based on candidate experience.
Five (5) paid vacation days per year after completing 90 days at the company, along with one paid day off for your birthday
Compensation: $1,200 – $1,700 per hour, based on candidate experience and capabilities.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
Support daily administrative and hospitality operations
Answer and respond professionally to guest calls and emails
Assist with reservation notes, guest preferences, and service coordination
Monitor and update reservation management system as needed
Communicate with suppliers and assist with scheduling and delivery coordination
Learn and utilize various restaurant and event technology platforms
Provide excellent communication and customer service at all times
Operations & Analytics Specialist - Responsibilities:
In addition to core responsibilities, this role will:
Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and provide insights
Generate sales summaries and forecasting reports
Assist with purchase review, cost awareness, and inventory tracking
Create sales mix reports and support planning for menu or event performance
Review staffing patterns and assist in scheduling analysis
Track and report outcomes of special events and promotional activities
Requirements
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Strong communication skills (requiring strong English) and professional phone/email etiquette.
Advanced accounting experience with Quickbooks knowledge.
Comfort working with technology platforms, spreadsheets, and guest service tools
A service-focused attitude and ability to assist multiple departments
Interest in hospitality operations, guest experience, events, or restaurant marketing
Reliable availability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Does candidates have U.S. Visa? Desired but not required.
