About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Growth & Marketing Coordinator to support our real estate and property management operations. This role combines digital marketing execution, lead generation, cold calling, and administrative coordination to help drive business growth and support day-to-day marketing
initiative.
This role will focus on outbound lead generation calls for both a commercial maintenance company and a property management company (RPM Seacoast New Hampshire).
Hourly Rate: $7-$9/hr
Responsibilities
1) Marketing & Digital Content
Edit and produce short marketing videos for social media
Manage and schedule social media content across platforms
Assist with branding consistency and marketing materials
Create and distribute newsletters and email campaigns
Track marketing performance and report results
2) Lead Generation & Outreach
Conduct cold calling to prospective clients and partners
Follow up with inbound and outbound leads
Support simple marketing campaigns aimed at generating new business
Assist with appointment setting for business development conversations
3) Marketing Operations & Reporting
Track and report marketing results, campaign performance, and lead metrics
Maintain organized marketing and prospect databases
Assist with CRM updates and lead tracking
4) Administrative Support
Assist leadership with marketing-related administrative tasks
Maintain organized marketing files, assets, and campaign documentation
Support coordination of marketing initiatives and outreach efforts
Requirements
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
Experience with social media management and marketing coordination
Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) preferred
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
